I’m Kaaren M. Williamsen, PhD (she/her), a consultant, facilitator, and trainer who partners with colleges and universities on restorative justice, campus sexual harm response, and institutional strategy. I’ve spent my career inside higher education—building programs, leading teams, and supporting complex campus systems at moments when clarity and care matter most.

I bring experience designing prevention and response structures, training professionals across roles, and guiding strategic planning processes that help teams move through conflict and complexity with steadiness and direction. My style is practical and relational: I ask good questions, create trustworthy containers for hard conversations, and help groups translate values into clear action.
